In a non – stick deep vessel pan/ Karahi take 1 ½ tablespoon butter. Allow it to warm on a low flame burner. Next, add grated Garlic to it and sauté till its raw smell goes away. Later add chopped Onion and sauté for 1 minute.

Once the above step is completed, transfer the container from the oven to a normally flat surface and place another container on the burning oven. In this new container put 2 cups of normal water & little salt in it and allow the water to boil. Next, add broken noodles to the boiling water.
Once the noodles become soft then take out the noodles from the water and mix them to the contents of the previous container, having boiled vegetables & mix the contents evenly. Now shift the container having the food preparation to a low medium flame burner.
Now make a solution of Corn Starch powder with 1/4th cup water and mix it nicely with the vegetables, along with sugar. No lumps should be present in this solution. Next, this Corn starch solution is added to the vegetable – noodles mixture, and mix all the contents evenly. Allow the contents to boil/cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
The preparation would become thicker and concentrated in texture. Add Magi Masala magic powder & salt to this preparation and boil for 1 minute, and then switch off the oven & add Soya sauce to the contents and mix everything evenly.
